It's simple. We know Volkswagen vehicles. That's how our service department offers top-of-the-line automotive service to our customers. Our state-of-the-art facility features the most current diagnostic and repair equipment available, and our factory-trained technicians will deliver the most efficient and quality vehicle care. After Hours Drop Off: Fill out a drop off envelope located at the service entrance door, place your keys inside the envelope and place the envelope in the appropriate night drop slot. An appointment is recommended but is not required. A service advisor will contact you. Shuttle / Ride Service: Shuttle service is available within a 7 mile radius of Muller Volkswagen of Highland Park, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. You can shop while we work on you car, let us take you to an area shopping mall, drop you off at work or take you home. Its easy and convenient. Waiting: We always recommend that you not wait while we service your vehicle. Many unforeseen components can delay a timely repair and cause extended wait periods. We have Shuttle Service available so that you can spend your time elsewhere while waiting for your vehicle. However if you wish to wait while we service your vehicle, we have a comfortable customer waiting area, complimentary beverages and wireless Internet access available to you. |
